At Zonema, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We stand behind the quality of our ceramic kitchenware. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a transparent and fully compliant return policy to make your experience hassle-free.


1. 30-Day Return Window

You have a full 30 calendar days from the date you receive your item to request a return. Requests submitted after this 30-day window will unfortunately not be eligible for a return or refund.

2. Return Conditions & Eligibility

To ensure a smooth return process and to qualify for a full refund, your item must meet the following criteria:

  • The item must be completely unused, unwashed, and in the exact condition that you received it.
  • The product must be in its original packaging, including all inner protective padding, boxes, and accessories.
  • Items showing signs of wear, intentional damage, or missing original pieces cannot be accepted for return.

3.  Free Returns (No Return Shipping Fees)

  • Free Return Shipping: We provide Free Returns for all eligible items. Customers do not have to pay for return shipping or handling fees.
  • No Restocking Fees: Zonema does not charge any restocking fees or administrative costs for returns.
  • How to Return: To initiate a return, please email us at info@zonema.shop with your order number and proof of purchase. If your return is approved, we will email you a prepaid return shipping label and detailed instructions on how and where to send your package.

4. Refund Processing Time

  • Inspection Window: Once your return shipment is delivered to our inspection center, we will inspect the item within 2 business days and send you an email notification confirming receipt and approval/rejection status.
  • Refund Issuance: If approved, your refund will be processed immediately. The funds will be credited back to your original method of payment within 10 business days.

5. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon reception. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong product, contact us immediately at info@zonema.shop so we can evaluate the issue and make it right by issuing a free replacement or a full refund.
