- Destination: We currently ship exclusively to the United States. All transactions and shipping confirmations are processed in USD (United States Dollars).

- Processing Time: All orders are verified, packed, and handed over to our shipping carriers within 1 to 3 business days (Monday to Friday).
- Order Cut-off Time: Our daily order cut-off time is 5:00 PM (EST). Orders placed after 5:00 PM on Friday or during weekends will begin processing on the following business day.
- Holiday Delays: Orders are not processed or shipped on official United States or Australian public holidays.
3. Transit Time & Delivery Expectations
- Transit Time: Once dispatched from our facilities, packages typically take 7 to 13 business days to arrive at your designated delivery address.
- Total Estimated Delivery Time: From the moment you place an order, the total estimated delivery window is 8 to 16 business days (Handling + Transit).
- Tracking Info: A shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and carrier details will be sent automatically as soon as your package is dispatched. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update.
4. Delivery Issues & Lost Packages
- Incorrect Address: Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping addresses at checkout. Zonema is not liable for packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the buyer.
- Damaged in Transit: If your item arrives damaged, please take clear photos of the packaging and product immediately and contact us at info@zonema.shop within 48 hours of delivery.
- Lost Shipments: If your tracking details state that your package has been delivered but you have not received it, please check with neighbors or contact your local postal service before emailing our support team.
